The things people ask before they get in touch — pricing, process, hosting, and what the January 2027 launch actually means.
Four things: custom websites, print & editorial design, social & content, and SEO & local listings. That's the whole list. Four crafts, not forty — so you don't need four agencies to look like one business.
No. Every site is custom-designed and mobile-first, built around what your customers are actually trying to do. No theme builders, no drag-and-drop kits dressed up as custom work.
Every project gets a written quote before any work starts — pages, features, timeline, and total, all on paper so nobody is guessing. The quote comes after a free 20-minute call so the number actually fits the work. No surprise invoices.
A typical build runs two to four weeks once the work starts. You see the plan first — sitemap, page outline, and quote within two business days of the kickoff call — then progress as it happens. Timing extends if content (copy, photos, product info) takes a while to come over from your end — the build can only move as fast as the content does.
You do. Hosting is set up in your name at launch — you own the account, there's no lock-in. That's a launch step, not an ongoing service hanging over you.
Yes, when a website project calls for it — logo, type, and color work gets folded into the build. Logo design isn't sold as a standalone service, because good identity work takes longer than it's worth on its own.
Launch day is a final walkthrough together, social media integration, and the site going live. If you'll be running parts of it yourself — e-comm, listings, blog posts — there's a training session built in. After that, the keys are yours. Every site needs ongoing care — social, SEO, and monthly maintenance plans are available as separate services.
