This policy explains how design-chaos.com uses cookies and similar technologies. It works alongside the Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to make the site work, remember preferences, or measure how the site is used. Some are essential to basic functionality; others are optional and only set with your permission.
What this site uses
This site uses two kinds of cookies:
Necessary cookies: keep the website working — for example, keeping the site secure, remembering your details if you leave a comment, and remembering your cookie choices. These are always on because the site can’t function properly without them.
Analytics cookies: are set by Google Analytics to measure how the site is used (which pages are visited, device type, approximate location). These are optional and load **only after you accept them** in the consent banner.
A consent banner (CookieYes) appears on your first visit so you can accept or decline the optional analytics cookies, and you can change your choice at any time through its preferences link. This site does **not** use advertising or retargeting pixels (such as the Meta/Facebook pixel) or third-party profiling cookies.

Analytics and consent
This site uses Google Analytics, and its cookies load only after you give consent through the CookieYes banner. Until you accept, no analytics cookies are set. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time using the cookie-preferences link on the site, and you can also opt out through Google’s browser add-on. Google processes analytics data on the studio’s behalf; see Google’s own privacy policy for how it handles that data.
Managing cookies
You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings at any time. Most browsers let you block cookies, delete existing ones, or warn you before one is set. Blocking essential cookies may affect how parts of the site work. Browser help pages explain how to do this for Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge.
Changes to this policy
I will update this policy when the site’s use of cookies changes — most notably when analytics is introduced. The “Last updated” date above will always reflect the current version.
